Personal Post - I am Top Rated Plus on Upwork!

Hey everyone - a bit of a different blog this week. Super excitingly, after less than one year of full-time freelancing, I have achieved Top Rated Plus Status on Upwork!

Since I started my full-time freelancing career, achieving this milestone has been something I was working towards. As the highest rating on the platform, only the top 3% of freelancers in their category earn this award. While it comes with many benefits (fewer fees on projects, better access to high-paying clients, etc.) the most exciting part of this achievement for me is the self-recognition of my hard work.

Ever since I decided to take the plunge into full-time freelancing, I have always had a small (but very present) voice in the back of my mind telling me that I am not good enough. And while learning to trust and appreciate myself is the true key to silencing these thoughts of self-doubt, having an external confirmation of my hard work and success has really been very qualifying for me as well.
