This Blog Is One Year Old 🎉

Before we get to the celebration part of this article,

I hate to be that person, but I need a favor.

(Yes, I am flagging this early, just so you keep reading and hopefully help me out. I am not above a surprise guilt trip, oops!)

My blog is one year old!

Exciting news everyone — this blog has been running for an entire year!!

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

(Well, actually a year and a month because I missed the anniversary, but let’s not worry about that)

When I started this blog, I honestly didn’t have much of a plan,

(And, if I am being honest, I still really don’t have one, which has been quite refreshing)

But despite the aimless chaos energy that this project emanates,

I have loved every second of creating this space where I get to openly share my thoughts, feelings, musings, concerns, and fears about all things writing and business ownership.

Since I started this project last year, I have written over 50 articles, ranging in topics from business entrepreneurship and freelance tips to female empowerment and personal life updates,

And because of this kind and generous community, I have felt so accepted and well-loved every single week.

Now, I need to ask a favour

So, now that I have hit this important milestone and am spending some time reflecting on the past year of this blog,

I wanted to reach out to ask you all two questions to help me improve this community moving forward.

(Your feedback on these two points is greatly appreciated, whether you have been here from the beginning or just joined!)

To help me improve my blog and make sure I am giving you all the best for allowing me to slide into your inboxes every week, I would love to hear your answers to the following two questions:

  1. Which blog topic(s) have been your favourite, and why?

  2. What topics or areas would you be interested in me talking more about in future articles?

This community of creatives means so much to me, and your insights, opinions, and thoughts will help me make more great content that you will enjoy and find helpful.

So, I really hope you will reply to this blog and let me know.

(I read and reply to every comment I get, and I would love to connect and chat more with all of you!)

Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out and for sticking with me for a year’s worth of silly little articles.

I can solemnly promise that I will continue to share my unhinged thoughts and feelings with you all as long as you let me — we truly are just getting started.

Thanks for being here, and here’s to another great year!
